Movement for Energy
Jammed energetic pathways in the body are the source of most of our illness and a result of stress, poor diet, and lack of movement. In this virtual class, we’ll unlock stuck energy utilizing techniques from both yoga and Qigong. The class will be standing the entire hour. Morning Yoga with Molly
Imagine doing yoga in the morning that awakens the body with gentle stretching, energizing movements, and meditation to focus the mind for the day ahead. In this class, you'll learn valuable tips and tricks for your next road trip, including how to pack light and optimize the space in your car. In this class, you’ll learn how to make easy and delicious sauces, marinades, dressings and dips using ingredients you likely already have in your pantry. You’ll learn about using salt, acid, fat, and spice to upgrade your dinners. This class is not about classic sauces. Its aim is to give you a number of easy recipes you can use over and over again to create delicious eating experiences for yourself, your family, and your friends.
