Welcome to my class offerings. I'd love to have you in class. I am passionate about teaching, especially subjects that will enrich your life, make your life easier, or help you achieve your health goals. I am teaching all classes through my business. Movement for Energy
Jammed energetic pathways in the body are the source of most of our illness and a result of stress, poor diet, and lack of movement. In this virtual class, we’ll unlock stuck energy utilizing techniques from both yoga and Qigong. The class will be standing the entire hour. You'll need a practice area where you can swing your arms freely without hitting anything. This class is low impact. Warning: You might feel better if you take this class and you will likely make new friends. Seriously. Renting a vacation home can make your vacation easier and more memorable. Or it can turn your precious vacation days into a nightmare. In this class we explore online vacation rental companies, how to spot red flags in the listing, and how to find the vacation rental property that will help you have a terrific vacation. Your vacation days are precious so why take any chances staying in a place that will ruin your experience? This class is for everyone whether you've rented a vacation property before or you've never done it and you are curious or a little bit afraid. Sugar Blues! Conquer Sugar Addiction!
Did you know sugar is 9 times more addictive than cocaine? In this class, you’ll learn about your sugar cravings, what causes them, and 10 action steps you can take now to curb your sugar addiction. Meal Planning for Health & Vitality
Everyone is cooking at home a lot more and also doing more grocery shopping as a result of the pandemic. In this class you'll learn how to consistently create delicious and nourishing meals that will help you save time both in the kitchen and at the grocery store. Often the one difference between a good meal and a great meal is a sauce, marinade, or dressing to increase the flavor factor. In this class, you’ll learn how to make easy and delicious sauces, marinades, dressings and dips using ingredients you likely already have in your pantry. You’ll learn about using salt, acid, fat, and spice to upgrade your dinners. This class is not about classic sauces. Its aim is to give you a number of easy recipes you can use over and over again to create delicious eating experiences for yourself, your family, and your friends.
