- 10 week program consisting of 1-hour one-on-one sessions weekly. By phone or in person.
- Ongoing weekday e-mail support with 24-hour turn-around time.
- Program is based on the bio-individuality of the client.
- Identification of your health goals and creation of a road map to achieve them.
- Accountability and support as you take action in pursuit of your goals!
- Materials provided to support your health goals.
- Personalized assignments in pursuit of your goals.
- Exploration of not only what is on your plate but how everything else in your life from your job to your relationships impacts what you eat.
Part 2: Sustaining and Deepening a Life You Love!
For those who have already completed Part 1
- 3 month program consisting of 1-hour one-on-one sessions biweekly for a total of 6 sessions. By phone or in person.
- Ongoing weekday e-mail support with 24-hour turn-around time.
- Continued support and accountability.
- Exploration of deepening your commitment to yourself and your development.
- Personalized coaching that meets your needs.

- Qigong classes: If you've never tried this ancient art form, I highly recommend it. It boosts your immune system, your metabolism, gives you mental clarity, and helps eliminate stress.
