On health coaching:
"My goals at the beginning of the program were to build community; to create a spiritual practice; and to be more active. Molly was able to help me work towards these goals through creative exploration of what was getting in my way, gentle challenging of my beliefs that were blocking me, and providing resources to come up with solutions. The biggest change I've noticed since I started working with Molly has been the achievement of my goals and so much more! It's more than I could have ever imagined or hoped for. The most significant overall change I have noticed has been that by practicing acceptance and gratitude, I have been able to live with imperfection, take better care of myself, and feel less depressed in winter. Molly is deep, serious, spiritual, funny, gentle, accepting, a wonderful cheerleader and support, someone with an unusual perspective that is often shockingly insightful and illuminating. I would recommend Molly to everyone I know! I really had no idea what to expect from coaching. It helped me make more meaningful changes in my life in 10 short sessions than anything else I've ever done." - Andi S., Fishkill, NY.
“From the moment I first talked to Molly, I knew I had made the right choice in a health coach. For a while, I had been feeling tired and noticed reactions in my body when I ate certain foods. After many doctors telling me I was fine and several allergy prescriptions later, I knew something needed to change. The medicine the doctors were prescribing me were not getting to the root of the problem, and I didn’t want to spend the rest of my life popping pills to still feel sub-par. After hearing all of this, Molly said she could help. Through an elimination diet, I was able to pinpoint the triggers and can now eat foods that don’t make me sick. Transitioning to a new way of eating can be terrifying, but Molly was there every step of the way, with new recipes in hand! Taking control over what I fed my body began to translate in to other areas of my life. With Molly’s help, I came to realize that I also needed to feed my body in other ways. I began to explore what things fed my creativity. Who knew a 40 year-old, mother of two could take up horseback riding…and LOVE it! Taking care of (and loving) my whole being is what Molly helped me accomplish. What started out as a journey to be able to eat without getting sick, turned in to something much greater than I ever expected. Molly is an amazing health coach who puts her heart and soul into helping you accomplish the goals you set for yourself. Even if there is just a tiny bit of you wondering if this is something you should do, I would say YES and let Molly be your guide, you won’t regret it! -Stefanie R, Colorado
"I wanted to get back into a routine of feeding myself and exercising on a regular basis in the midst of my busy life with two kids. I had become great at meeting the special food needs of my children, but I was not so good about meeting my own need for nourishment. Molly’s best advice to me was to try and do the same things for myself that I naturally do for my children. Now I always try to eat with them and eat what I make for them, meaning that I feed myself better and eat in a calmer environment. She also gave me the idea to ritualize some of my routine around eating and preparing food. This has really helped me feel good about preparing breakfasts. When they became part of a morning ritual I started eating more in the morning. I also started doing candlelight at dinner and set the table with cloth napkins and nice glasses, even for the kids. This was an element that added ritual and makes mealtime special. Another absolute gem was her recommendation to do small spurts of exercise, like ten minutes at a time. Now, instead of feeling bad that I don't have 30 minutes to spare, I do my 10 minutes of exercise and feel good about that instead. The most significant overall change I have noticed has been I feel much better about my short spurts of exercise and I make a conscious effort to eat more regularly. Molly was really helpful about getting me to see that rather than feeling guilty I should just make it a priority to feed myself as well as I feed my kids. Molly is an excellent, supportive coach. I put a lot of trust in her wisdom. She knows a lot about nutrition and is able to quickly help me identify my patterns that need to be worked on. I would recommend Molly to anyone who wants to improve their energy levels and feel good about the foods they eat." - Emily Felt, Barcelona, Spain
On yoga:
"I've never found a class which gives me as much as your hot yoga. Yours has the meditative quality, accessible poses and skilled instruction, which is hard to match." - Anne Lancellotti, Poughkeepsie, N.Y.
